Which is exactly what I told him when we first started talking. Guess what? When we got done with the troubleshooting, he told me that - get this - the problems are most likely coming from our dish, and not from the boxes. I ended up indulging him and re-doing everything just to satisfy him and get him to schedule a tech to come out. He proceeded to basically read a script aloud while he walked me through all the steps that I had already taken (and told him about). I also ran down a list of Dish-endorsed troubleshooting steps that I had taken. On Monday night, I called for technical service and explained to the guy that we were having problems with TVs hooked to both boxes, which indicated to me that it was the dish itself, and not the boxes that were acting up. Actually, it started acting funky Sunday night and then pretty much went down on Monday. Request to align some senior person along with all testing equipment to check signal quality to find out the root cause if not than let me know the way to surrender dish TV connection as I am fed up with regular follow up as it is better to switch other service partner to west my time.For all the trouble that we’ve had with Dish Network, this is hardly surprising… Our service has been out since Sunday night. Guarav told me that DishTV does not pay any bill for parts. 511486168 which was logged for signal quality and bill for amount paid against parts is still unresolved. Your team has change 5 parts in last one month like, Setup Box - 2 time, HDMI cable once, Adapter Once and Connector once. I am facing problem every alternate day for signal quality since more than one month. Sorry to say that your service support is very poor and Support division need lot of improvement. I am Suresh Sharma from Pune and My contact No. This is a complete planned harrasment by dish tv as they deliberately play with the coding system and forced their customer to upgrade the pack or buy a new set box. Only one day channels were able to see but next day same issue had come, so again I called the technician he visited and said now my set top box is not working so he took my set top box and after 1 day he told me that set top box is faulty need to change or upgrade to HD, I brought another set top box from my Mumbai home which is working fine, I connected and one more time I have recharged for one month but still I am not able to see any channels as message appearing on the tv that vc card viewing error, again I talked to customer service person and this time he told me he will refresh my connection but all in vain.

In the month of June I have shifted to my Pune home so I have recharged a monthly pack but I was not able to see any channel as I was getting message on tv that due to bad weather channel can not be found so I called dish tv customer service so they sent technician who charged 200 rs plus he changed LMB for that he charged 400rs.
